Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sharp X Mind to anyone in this state.
It's bad enough that the censored version is offered here, but even here there is a bug that makes the game unplayable, but first things first.
Soundtrack:
The sound and the characters' voices are terrible, they mostly sound listless and bored.
The background music is nothing special, as is the sound of the effects, which means that there is no real tension in the fight scenes.
If you don't understand something because of the bad dubbing, you can read it in the subtitles, but here too there are passages where the subtitles are missing.
Graphics:
15 years ago this would have been middle class, but by today's standards everything looks extremely cheap.
Objects are sometimes very angular, it seems that they saved on polygons and textures, a lot of things just look muddy and washed out. The graphics settings in the menu are a joke, there is practically nothing to adjust here except the resolution, the image synchronization and a general quality setting, but that's about it, for a PC game it is extremely poor.
Gameplay:
It runs smoothly, even on 4K, which is not surprising given the graphics.
The character and all the other characters seem very angular in their movements, this applies to both the dialogues and the fight scenes, here too the game seems as if it is 15 years old or older.
Unfortunately the game can only be played until shortly after the intro.
Story:
As I already said, the game ends very quickly because there is a bug that makes the game unplayable.
First there is a scene that is supposed to take place in a porn cinema, nothing at all happens here, even on the screen there is no film to be seen, just a still image with a black and white image and only from a certain angle.
We now come to our first real mission in the game, it seems to be about beating someone up and filming it.
But this is where the game ends, as you can't go any further, the scene freezes on the man holding the camera, you can't see what the character is supposed to do and then it doesn't go any further.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this game to anyone, as it's simply unplayable.
You'd be better off using the money to have a drink and chat to nice people, that's worth more than what Mad Mind Studio is offering here!
